The Langkawi International Boat Exhibition – LIBEX – will take place in November 2006 on the beautiful tropical island of Langkawi.  Set against the picturesque backdrop of Telaga Harbour Marina, LIBEX is timed to coincide with the Grand Finale of the 2006 Darwin-Bali-Langkawi Yacht Rally and the 2006 Raja Muda Selangor International Regatta.
